Tender chicken breast lightly sprinkled in seasoned flour, sauteed in butter, and glazed with a wine caper sauce

Whole roasted with apple, carved and served with Merlot sauce

Oven-Roasted Fresh Turkey
Flavored with pecans

Honey and Ginger Baked Ham
