Absolutely nothing breathes romance quite like the grand elegance and glamour of a nautical wedding. Imagine being  married before a dramatic sunset and the canvas-like backdrops of world-famous Newport Beach Harbor.  American Yacht Charters will create a unique day to cherish and one your family and friends will never forget.

Our Certified Wedding Specialists have helped many brides plan an exceptional wedding day. Their vast experience gives them the insight to realize your wishes and dreams. As a result you're ensured a flawless, stress-free reception in which you can relax, enjoy and become a guest at your own event. 

From catering to photography, and everything in between, American Yacht Charters has created a variety of wedding packages to suit every size, taste, and budget. Custom packages are available, please contact us and we will create one to your specific needs.

Wedding Packages Include

Luxury Yacht: - A four-hour wedding and reception aboard a luxury yacht, cruising the tranquil twenty-three miles of Newport Harbor's  prestigious shoreline and seven islands. Other harbors in Southern California are offered, contact us for a specific quote.  

Wedding Ceremony - Your vows are personalized to your specifications and graciously performed by one of our uniformed, US Coast Guard Certified Captains. You are also welcome to provide your own clergy and we will charge less accordingly.

Photography - One of the most important elements of your yacht wedding is the photography. Our basic package includes four rolls of film that you receive the day of the event. Or, for an additional $455.00 upgrade to our deluxe photography package which includes a CD of all images, an online slideshow, and a customized album. A large variety of other photography packages are also available, such as engagement photography and a signature board.

Catering - Complete dinner with one Entrée selection from our Wedding Package Menu.  Entree choices include Chicken Chasseur, Tequila Lime Chicken, Chicken Picatta, Filet Tips, Blackened Salmon and Seafood Kabob.   Select a Caesar, House, or Mandarin Salad and choose any two: Rice pilaf, penne pasta, or potatos.  Catered by uniformed servers with custom linens, china and silverware.  Complimentary food tasting is included.  We are famous (since 1984!) for our delicious and courteous dining.

Cake - Beautiful and delicious custom cake selected from our baker's main tasting and design showroom. You are invited to a cake tasting.

Bar - Soft drinks and juices served by a uniformed bartender. An upgrade bar of beer and wine is available for an additional $12.00 per person, or upgrade to a full bar for an additional
$14.00 per person.

Entertainment - A DJ will survey your tastes and customize a music library for you. Your DJ will also compose an event itinerary so that your guests are assured a fantastic time and all music is played is from your particular play-list. Live Bands of all types are also available. Concert class harp, violin, cello and flute may be added at your request.

Flowers - Includes Bride's bouquet, Groom's boutonniere, Cake flowers, Candle centerpieces, and a personal consultation with our floral expert for all your floral needs.

Wedding Coordinator - Certified Wedding Specialist to service your needs during the planning phase as well as on your wedding day. Your coordinator assures that the service personnel perform the event exactly as you have requested, allowing you to relax and enjoy your reception as one of the guests.

Wedding packages include all permits, fees, sales taxes and marine taxes. Pre-paid parking may be added upon request.
